Cyanide leaching of low grade ore will not require a ball mill, it can be crushed by a conventional gyratory crusher which QMC own. Before the cyanide/lime leaching process was introduced 30 odd years ago low grade ore was too expensive to process and wound up on the over burden dump.
So forgive me if i still maintain that QMC could produce gold as they themselves have indicated.
Why else would you test gold recovery rates. Why else would you announce planned gold production.
It actually seems to be a valid approach. Produce gold and improve the SP in the lead up to revenue raising to build a copper process plant.
