I agree that GMD is probably on the lookout for another value proposition or two to add to its current stable. PNR looks like it's maybe already in play, and I would agree that it's very good value; in fact I've had it in my top 3 for value (along with CYL and BC8) for quite a while now.
Although I would prefer to see PNR go it alone, if it has to be swallowed up by a bigger player, I guess that GMD would be one of the better options.
