The real answer is no one knows until a deal is done if it it ever done....
it could be anything from a complete sale to a 3rd party or a separation much like what I think BHP did with South 32....
the company may just sell of the asset and get cash to progress other assets or you could get shares or a special dividend.... who nows at this point....
