hmmm, so there will a deflating from existence of trillions of USD, and therefore the remaining USD will go up...

...and...

the US govt will look at its trillions of debt now worth double, and the US govt will NOT print money... and the US govt will say... we will repay all now, with double valued dollars

surely, investing in USD must be the dumbest advise I ever heard

now I do admit there will such a tussle between debasing the USD (inflation) and deflation... I am in and out of the market like every two days... I would LOVE to be all gold and gold shares... but if the tsnuami hits, then yes, there will be instant deflation of all... but then the govts will just spring to action

I only know I want to be in only two things right now... a blend of gold stocks and AUD, and just in and out of both... nothing more

gold.... no, with USD debasement the price rise in AUD may not be much, and it can fall
gold stocks... they are under valued even if gold falls 25%
AUD... by luck and chance this is a lucky place to be
real estate... ouch, no way
other commodities... no way
