One advantage the Intec gold process seems to have is its potentially wide application. The process may be unable to treat low arsenic pyrite but that still leaves many other gold ores that can be treated. However it is always prudent to test batches of ore before committing to full scale production. My understanding is that Intec has a test facility in Sydunny where they conduct these sorts of trials for interested third parties.

The problem for Intec is that they have a set of metallurgical processes with great potential but are yet to convince any third parties to come up with the funds to build a full scale plant. For the record, I am optimistic about Itec's potential but a little less optimistic about the short term future direction of their share price. Some months ago I sold my holdings down when the share price didn't perform to my expectations. I maintain a modest "good faith" holding and like many others on this forum, I closely watch the company's performance.
