I am aware that there is a lot of angst on both sides of the possible upcoming merger, call it what you wish.
I am always looking at the following with eyes wide open:
How is the price of Gold responding to head winds.
Red 5's balance sheet + hedging and shares outstanding.
SLR's positive cash flow and use of.
Based on a simple balance sheet and shares outstanding formula both companies will perform well under present circumstances.

The future growth of both companies may be dependant on stealth, ounces output.
Survival favours the strong. We are no longer in a World of individual strength will overcome.

I still believe that individually both entities will exceed and eclipse expectations due to Gold's macro position.
However, conservatively I feel together we will eclipse our potential individual spot prices exponentially while retaining a conservative valuation.
Once we established a conservative price valuation we have moved into the realm of larger mid tier producer and will attract greater investment from
institutions and retail. The end result will be a major increase in valuation based on Book Value Per Share.
I only hold RED 5 shares and I am not in any way trying to sway the proposed merger as I recently stated:
Gold Is On Fire and both entities on their own will succeed exponentially.
Forget the rhetoric announcements , go with your instinct.
