Next time you see someone struggling make sure you ask them "are you okay" you should also make sure you throw in some words like I saw you acting weird or you were behaving manically, or I suspect that you are not doing so well. Doubly so if you do not know the person, this is especially helpful in scenarios where you do not know the first thing about that person. The more ignorant you are of the person the more you should give your opinion based not on facts but on your own biases. Do not make independent or objective observations. Do pigeonhole someone.
