Markco, I agree GPN sp will benefit more from the release of a positive drill report prior to YRR listing.

So far GPN has drilled a few initial holes which appear to have achieved their objective of identifying prospective areas for a large scale drilling program at Peak Hill. This needs to be confirmed as the first tangible step to redemption for GPN.

At this stage the market is still somewhat undecided as to what the true value of GPN is. This can be seen clearly by the constant discount of the oppies compared to the heads. Investors are wary of paying full price for the OAs in case there is a sharp retrace in the heads. This is a sure sign of nervousness in the market, and rightly so.
GPN has often failed to live up to expectations and still carries some of the baggage.
Only positive drill results can fully convince the market that GPN has moved on from the dark past.

Btw, YRR isn't the only company to miss their intended listing date. GXY closed oversubscribed and was due to list on 31/1/07 yet listed on 6/2/07, so it is no problem provided early next week we are given a firm date.

A well informed market will show its appreciation of any positive news, conversly no news is often interpreted as bad news. Its time for the geo to pull his finger out and give investors the chance to pass judgement on the results
