Sorry Marko, forgot to mention this in my previous post.

I doubt there will be a placement in the future, more likely that options will be exercised regularly going forward. This will bring in more than enough cash to keep things rolling along for a long time yet.

I for one will be very tempted to sell some options soon to raise the neccesary cash to exercise the rest. At some point in the future GPN may offload some of their YRR via an in-specie distribution to GPN holders. This will create a trigger to get people to exercise the options early to participate in the distribution. I wouldn't expect GPN to continue to hold 70% of YRR for ever.
