I'd suggest that plenty would disagree with you including Ian Murray in my opinion.
Perhaps if you would care to point out some relevant facts/figures as to why you would describe Duncan Gibbs as 'amateurish' or how Gold Road has suffered under his leadership we could apply some foundation for the negativity.
Personally I disagree with the bonuses as well but I have absolutely no reason to doubt the ability of Duncan Gibbs at this point.
