Wrongway on what basis do you say that SBM has bottomed. This implies they are now on their way up?

Funny how perspective changes how you see things. Are you a holder looking for bluer skies? To me they are "at their low and could go lower". Check a graph, tells a thousand words. There is no evidence that they have bottomed. Where are the buyers falling over themsleves buying this "cheap stock"? Very low volume of trading happening.

The gold price has risen US$8 in the last week, SBM have also announced increased gold production (but how long for? they did not announce how it had been achieved) and yet their price still plumbs the lows.

Admittedly most other gold stocks have not risen with the gold price increase either, but it could be argued they at least have not fallen in price as SBM has.

They have issued stock continually over the last year to give themselves cash. They have a large gold op at Meeka that has been LOSING money and has limited mine life. They have yet to say Paulsens is financed, and have not been able to do so all this year. The banks are obviously not ahppy with the returns. SBM already have high debt level. There has been no ground breaking news from their exploration program..yet .

Maybe SBM will one day look like a good investment.
But it doesnt at the moment.
