    Gold sell-off sparks fears the long rally is over, but not all agree

    It's not going to be a week of chuckles, so here's one scrap of hope for the goldies to cling on to: Jessop remains convinced that the US monetary base being on course to reach $US3.5 trillion means $US2000/oz gold.
