Yes going take time to the market warms up ...anyone know why HC show MKR as only having 17mill cap ?

I found out after some study yesterday MKR CAP is around 60mill (plus has 23mill debt ?) now this isn't that big a deal as what is it going cost the IVR-SVL-ARD to build a plant and timeframe before the produce any free-cashflows ?? 150mill++++

So buying MKR you are getting a plant at a discount and projects exploration upside + 52Moz JORC Silver resource + GOLD for free.. now how much the Cap will growth will be how Mgmt go converting resources into reserves and into production free cashflows

...I believe AUD Silver is going much higher than $50oz early this decade ...so even if AISC come in higher @ $20oz .

... and because of lower grades or recoveries see production of 1.5Moz of Silver pa = $45mill EBIT.. now thats my lower targets ...you add in Gold ores into the mix and toll treatments,better grades recoveries etc , much higher PM prices ,,Its not out of the realm of possibilities to see MKR at 100mill+ EBIT this decade... now what cap do you think it could command with those cashflows with 10yr LOM ...500-600m cap ???
