Yep that pretty much sums it up, it is cheap for a producer no question, the market cap should be multiples of where it is its valued as its under most explores MC, only thing is NIU are poor at public relations imo, if they kept the market more updated I'm sure it would be sitting over 1c atm, also while it put a CR on hold there is no gurrentee they won't implement one down the track to contuine drilling etc.

but at 4/5 its a good bet imo
