Ok, so you're referring to the 'Farm-in' tenements (Burnside,Chessman & Moline) that Newmarket sold to Kirkland lakes and PNX is earning up to a 90% interest.
That is not part of Hayes Creek Creek resource, so if Kirkland wants that it would have to buy it off PNX separately.
