Don't get me wrong, my sentiment is that I'd like to see PNX get this up. However, commercially they are hamstrung. For a patient investor, I'm waiting for better commercial news, the announcements on grades only reiterates that this stays on the Watch List.
Spec'ie buy, probably a yes, but its all in line with ones own risk level.
