If RXL could offload Youanmi for a 10% royalty and $500k per month until commercial production is achieved that would be a terrific win/win situation for us and for the acquirer as they would be able to spend their capital to build the mine rather than acquiring the dirt.
The long term best outcome for RXL shareholders is clearly for the company can get into production ASAP with the lowest level of shareholder dilution but short term a more prudent approach would be to offload the financing risk to a cashed up larger player.
