    their giving them away for $500,000

    and you current owners (shareholders) can pay again for the same asset you now own by buying more shares in the new company they formed so they can get an extra pay packet again just like WCU imo

    you have just been stripped of an asset you now own

    but hey you can buy it back ha ha ha
