They are giving them away for 2,500,000 shares of 20c each in an unlisted company, which may or may not float on the ASX this year. The company was only formed last month.
My guess is that the shares will list at about 12c (pretty typical for a new "20c" share) and then drop to 4c or 5c whilst the market waits to see if they really have anything.
If Sciano has anything to do with Messina, the chances of it being listed this decade can't be that high!
