    Cant help you with that one. Who ever holds shares in HAWTHORN at the time of the new co spin off will be entitled to the free shares. Distribution on holdings I guess. I for one cant wait for all this to be done and dusted as then HAWTHORN can get on with the job and get Mt Bevan moving along to PFS and then we can see the real value return to the stock !!
