LL if the decision to farm off the gold assets was made after or as part of the negotiations with LCY and NDCA wouldn’t these parties also be claiming 60% of whatever HAW’s new company is called? They would be claiming 69% the assets as per the original agreement?
I found it hard to decipher what the actual agreement covered and didn’t cover. What we saw appeared to be a précis of the agreement……not a good one at that.
A copy of the entire agreement would be very interesting to read…but as SHs I doubt if we have the authority to ever view that.
