one huge long thread and not one mention of what the gold assets actually are. i've also seen a fair few spinouts where the spun out company is not listed, thus no way to realize a return until company is sold or listed at a later date. i'd be very careful about subscribing for extra shares in this new comoany. not a great market for listing new gold explorers and you could bet a whole heap of current lcy holders would be dumping their free shares if the listing went ahead.

can someone post a summary of the gold assets, i'm curious as to what they are. but not curious enough to do detailed research.
