gold standouts market cap vs igv, page-61

I have been doing some IGVs for NKP .
NKP is not technically a gold stock although I believe there is gold in the mix with the PGM s .
The monster platinum resource of NKP dwarfs anything that you could wish to bring up here at 70 million ounces of Jorc compliant platinum resources .
They have plenty of cash to take them to full feasibility study by the end of this year ,and are aiming to have over 100m ounces of Jorc resources .
Xstrata have an option to acquire 50% of the project in return for building a mine and smelter to around $1.5 Bn
NKP has a market of around $150m ,which makes their IGV worth a little more than $2 ounce .
The resource is massive on a world scale and is worth a look .
Xstrata have 90 days to take up the option after BFS is completed ,or its up for grabs .
The resources are shallow in comparison to most of the others ,and will be low cost mines .Platinum is also much rarer than gold .
