My spreadsheet did not miss Troy, it simply did not factor amongst the top ratings, when you consider in ground values as a % of market value. There would be plenty of good producers that would not be on any short list when you consider the above, it does not mean they would not be worthwhile investments. It doesn't mean that if they do rate well they would be companies you would invest in after you consider all the normal factors on your own individual checklist.
