Thor, I see that you are sticking to your guns, and that's fair enough.... so there are some more battles to be fought here ...
and no, I did not take out any gold shorts, its not an area that interests me at the moment, my observation is of the trends and how the POG might be an indicator for other parts of the market .......in fact this all started out by posters saying that that gold was a good long term investment, and my investigation to see whether that would be the case.....
I suppose one thing that we can infer from gold's current downward movement is that inflation is generally not a concern in the world, and certainly not in EZ......
the other is that it is risk off, and that is good for stocks as we can see what is happening now in the markets.......
