If LMa were to make a TO offer imagine it would have to be cash. Cant see anyone wanting scrip myself, no matter how far it has gone up. From the little I know, the French in business have a go for the jugular apprach. Hopefully a better Q report tomorrow should raise the bar somewhat.
The high gold price and the low$A for the past few months will be big positives.
