Another snippet from the Australian dated 10th August:
"AND there seems to be nothing holding Envirogold (EVG) these days. Having bedded down its Dominican Republic gold tailings project in early July, then negotiating to buy another one in Venezuela two weeks later, the company has now picked up 85 per cent of a deposit in Ecuador. EVG won the blessing of the Ecuadorian authorities on the basis that its technology avoids the need for cyanide, something now banned in the country's hill and mountainous areas."
