    wessa, i agree. sar will get its shine later this year.

    but for now..at least from last few months...a fund seller or fundies sellers whose are constantly pushing/buying while the prices lower and then offloading them again at higher prices within 10 cents range. say now they are offloading at 49 cents to 48 cents range.
