roundtable is a bit wide of the mark on the water issue at blue spec. production bores around that area flow up to 60tph and smaller bores not far from the mine currently supply the town of Nullagine with drinking water.
As for the plant, it's old and will need a bit of repair. But the overlooked sleeper in all of this is the antimony. Far from being a refractory nuisance, it could be a very valuable product and many chineses chemical companies would have no problem accepting the concentrate.
