One more positive (or shoudl I say 'emerging' positive) is that managment now appear to be heading in the right direction in terms of action!

Six/seven months ago when the new mgmt team came on board I said that I would give them to christmas to show that they are serious about progressing the company. Sure there have a few hiccups along the way, and some people being annoyed and frustrated.

I still don't like that the boat tends to leak pre-announcement, with selling occuring following positive news and people continually taking their 10-15% profits because they have a crystal ball.

But atleast mgmt are starting to head in the right direction, and comments from the meeting last week indicate that people are feeling more coomfortable with their future progress heading into 2010....

Lets hope they can steer the ship appropriately for hte next year ot two...
