yesterday several major brokers were HUGE buyers of gold stocks especially OXR and CRS..it made absolutely no sense given the gold price was going nowhere fast.
One that especially caught the eye was Merrill's.
The reason Merrills caught my eye was they were HUGE sellers on those enormous volume days right at the top around $390 right across the board in most of the major golds.
What's the bet the reason for the strong buying and subsequent weird rises in CRS and OXR yesterday (especially in light of last nights price falls) was a certain broker covering their short positions?
