i think we have had enough head fakes down in the current zone, with commercials not increasing their shorts by any substantive level, in fact, the slight increase has preceded most of the previous upswings

the ratio as i've noted on the chart (1:1) needs to hold and we should expect a strong (whoops!) break-out to the upside soon
