re: gold to mark time for quite a while (wod)

Nice charts - & certainly food 4 thought.
I do believe that both oil and gold are in long term secular bull markets.
Having said that, when gold formed a recent double top it signalled, for me, an exit signal. Weakness / consolidation in the POG is still evident and I don't think the time is right yet for re-entry.
In contrast, oil's chart is still in powerful uptrend - best to make $$$'s there while awaiting gold's revival.
I just think there is far more certainty with the oilers at the moment.
