I think Hell is referring to the announcement tonight by Bush of another fiscal stimulus package. Apparently this will be positive for the DOW for a day or two. We are in resuscitation mode now and the paramedics are at hand.
I personally believe the best stimulus for the US economy will be the war, once its over. Bush knows that. Everyone knows that.
In the meantime I am looking at dark clouds in the horizon with a very bright gold and silver lining.
