Always the third Friday of March, June, September and December. The new weights and stocks for inclusion/exclusion will be announced the Friday before that to brokers etc.

Note that these rebalance dates almost always occur within two days of a major federal reserve meeting and often big gold price moves. Trading around the rebalances has become increasingly difficult and frequently those frontrunning have been caught with their pants down.

I expect this will be the case again, particularly with gold threatening major long term downtrend on the chart.
