If you got the 4c it was a no brainer...different story up here though. Same management, same asset and outside of one very well timed update, what has changed? Taking the view this update is the new normal for BLK is a stretch for me.
No offence but Regal are human...they're long a bunch of rubbish as well. If anything, id worry about them being potential sellers. This is not a material position for them.
