I guess it' at least partially due to the strengthening Aussie dollar. All those iron ore sales, gold miners, and relatively strong position of our federal debt have provided a degree of mitigation against the SP rising in line with the POG due to the relative strength of the USD.
I think some of the many Boda results due at any time will provide a significant counter to strengthening dollar.
