SP, surely IGR would have negotiated a standard NY COMEX or LBMA agreement.....where if they were failing to deliver the goods they could pay in FIAT currency instead?
I haven't had time to go through all the details but wouldn't you assume that the same standards would be in place across the gold market?
I wonder if this even warranted a mention in the negotiations with their banksters?
