People-CQT is not going to explore other areas. They have a current ore body (2mill), another potential target 500m SW of SH which they will be drilling (along with GF) to see whats there and if the two ore bodies are one. Unfortunately, the other 1600kms or so of land will not be explored by CQT because by the time they get around to looking at it CQT will be in the hands of GF.

Just think how long its taken CQT to explore the current MC project, and thats only 7kms squared...
