Here's a piece of information that you can take for gospel though, I was gonna post it the other day, but thought I'd be in for a rubbishing, so you can take it or leave it.

I keep a very detailed list of assets which I re-evaluate on 31/3 every year.

Since 31/3/2008 to 31/3/2012 my assets have increased by 45%. Not many could say that in the GFC, told you, buy low, sell high, now sitting on cash.

Yeah, night shift combined with huge time zone changes ain't easy, I'm surprised I'm still here.

I certainly won't be risking what's going to be an extremely comfortable retirement on shiny metal that no one needs. LOL
