    Siamese you are absolutely dead wrong on this subject. A convertible note at a premium price to the current sp is the absolute best outcome for shareholders. And by the way the note has three options of payback not just the one you keep mentioning. If this money helps Mundo get Torrecillis into production then I will gladly give up 2.5 million in royalties out of the 85 million in profit that it will bring in each year. You talk about not wanting to dilute the company but you would prefer to issue 50 million shares now rather than 16 million in 3 years time? Im not sure how you are with maths, obviously not that flash, but I think you will find the last option is the best one for shareholders reagardless of paying interest on the money. Lets just call it for what it is Siamese. You have been silly enough to hold your shares all the way down from $0.70 and now you have finally sold out for a big loss amd it is obviously killing you. My advice, see a therapist and move on mate.
