When gold peaked at $433 last year the US dollar index was 88.The US dollar index is now about 5% lower. Is gold any higher? No. It is lower at $425.
I have said all along, and the Hot Copper goldies have recoiled in horror when I have said it BUT:
It is perfectly logical AND possible that the US dollar will fall AND gold will also fall. What more needs to be said.
