Mate, I certainly don't agree with everything he says. He's just another typical fast talking, finance guy ... a Disallowed salesman for sure ... but then most of his kind are!!! Only out for their own self interest despite claiming to be the model egalitarian.

What I did find interesting was the Puerto Rico bitand the possibility of returning to a gold standard where currency is actually backed by something tangible.

I think you're missing the point though with the comment about trying to use gold to buy something at the local shop. It's not like that at all.
