That's what makes me think that the market isn't as healthy as a lot seem to think it is.

If the market was truly on the up and up, wouldn't money be returning in a blanket fashion instead of the stocks that offer the most to gain on a sucker rally. Market perception is what the big boys might be playing at, so pump, pump pump away on the obvious stocks, ride it up and don't be the gimp left holding the script when it all turns to custard...

trying to understand it, but struggling... (including the weaker USD) nothing makes sense anymore.
