Pierre Lassonde, actually sees a stronger dollar, US property growth and flat POG through the next 6 months at least.
The Dividend plays I hold have been out-performing everything else I have, but the stories are not as interesting to me as that of the miners.
at times they get a little too interesting.
I see a lot of insanity, poor short and long term decision making in the world, along with governments who have socialist type agendas to win votes they can ill afford. To me this supports further monetary growth, regardless of improving economic conditions, most of which are stimulus rather than demand driven.
Not sure about anything, but don't think I have paid too much for my entries.
