I think it is just a function of basically the $US. Unless it's price rises as a basic commodity - which I doubt will happen as the central banks don't want it too high or too low - hence ducking for cover when England suggested the IMF sell a heap.
Tend to agree on NCM - 14- 15 a support zone not necessarily a bottom
