Does anyone have updated figures on the GoldFields holdings? From what I have read they hold 11.2% of the heads (42M shares) and 38M options. After the option dilution total shares on issue will be 480M (assume a small percent aren’t converted).

GoldFields would be at 16.7% in that case. They could have been the buyer the other day and bumped up the holding to ~90M which would put them at ~18-19%.

There is a possibility we don’t find out the buyer or seller if neither is substantial.
