One other issue that may be holding up finance may be that it is coming from off shore. If CS are in the box seat and one would suspect they would be given previous funding and JG is looking for total funding or a large part of it would there be other forces playing out here as well that you would maybe not expect with local financiers ?? Given the health of the BFS and recent upgrades and JG"s desire not to dilute I"d be tipping he"s gone for the lot. He"s pretty bold - would he have a crack at it - on past form I reckon he would.
