I was just considering that same thought yesterday.
Construction time maybe cut due to the increased availabilty of labour and construction materials.
IMO financing is well under way.....there maybe a possiblity that things wont be signed off until all the permits are issued.....government red tape isnt something taht can be controlled by anyone.
I'm expecting to see an annoucement by the end of the month....I still think we are in safe hands....even if those hands seem a little slow to some.
FGBI was just considering that same thought...
