    If I r'ber correctly, the option expires tomorrow...so if we don't come up with $50K worth of JRV shares, the deal is off...

    will try and go through the previous announcement again once more today to see if the end date is tomorrow...

    also, if we proceed, we need to come up with $500K worth of JRV shares within 6 months to make it binding...

    cannot see this one going through with the current gold sentiment...
